"Marketing Mindscape" typically refers to the dynamic and evolving landscape within the field of marketing. It encompasses the trends, strategies, consumer behaviors, and competitive dynamics that marketers navigate and adapt to, in order to effectively promote products or services in the marketplace.
Marketing Mindscape is a 1-day event where marketing, advertising, branding and other Like-Minded professionals come together and engage in interactive sessions/activities. It’s a fun space to learn more about each other and the expanding Marketing/Branding field.
The theme for the first edition is “Ignite your vision; Get triggered!” which will focus on inspiring individuals, teams, and organizations to unlock their full creative potential, take action, and fuel their aspirations.
The event will consist of interactive sessions, fire talks, networking, and a closing keynote of Dr. Sara Al Madani.

Meet 26-year old Jahlisa Raymann, a dynamic professional whose diverse background encompasses both corporate communications expertise and a vibrant musical talent. Currently, Jahlisa is an integral part of the Brand & Reputation team at ABN AMRO, where she dedicates her efforts to crafting impactful campaigns, both internally and externally, that underscore the bank's commitment to social corporate responsibility, particularly in the realm of equal opportunity initiatives. Notably, she plays a pivotal role in one of ABN AMRO's most significant internal
campaigns to date: the repositioning of their brand.
Before her role at ABN AMRO, Jahlisa honed her craft at De L’Europe Amsterdam, a prestigious 5-Star luxury hotel affiliated with the renowned HEINEKEN company. As a Content Writer and Social Media Specialist, she demonstrated her prowess in developing and executing comprehensive content strategies, enriching the hotel's digital presence. Her written work extended to esteemed platforms such as National Geographic, Robb Report Travel & Leisure, and Sotheby’s. Jahlisa also spearheaded the hotel's social media efforts, achieving a remarkable increase of over 50% in engagement rates within her first nine months. Her versatility shone through in her collaborations on projects with prestigious entities like Formula 1, Amsterdam Fashion Week, and the Rijksmuseum.
In addition to her corporate achievements, Jahlisa is a gifted songwriter and vocalist. In 2021, she garnered the attention of Sabrina Claudio's management team, embarking on a journey to further develop her musical talent and expand her network. Her musical endeavors have seen her featured on esteemed international platforms such as BuzzMusic LA and Ones to Watch. Notably, her original compositions and performances have graced television screens around the world, with her music being featured on popular shows like Emmerdale in the UK and Love Island in the USA.

Dr. Sara Al Madani is a 38-year old Emirati Multi Award-Winning Serial Entrepreneur, Honored
Public Speaker, and former Board Member, selected by His Highness Sheikh Dr Sultan Bin Mohammed Al Qassimi, for the UAE SME Council, under the patronage of the Dubai Ministry of Economy, as well as the Sharjah Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
Sara started her very first business venture at fifteen years old and became a successful Entrepreneur, receiving an Honorary PHD in Leadership from Eton University and Women Empowerment for inspiring women all over the world to become business owners.
Strong from her outstanding Public Speaking skills, Sara has delivered over 250 keynote speeches for GCC-based and international corporate and educational organizations, while being an active member of the community, encouraging the younger generation to thrive in their academic and business careers.
As a global Influencer, Sara has collaborated with major brands such as L'Oréal, Apple, Cartier, Bentley, Dubai Tourism, Samsung, Braun, just to name a few, while dedicating time to charities work as the UAE Global Good-will Ambassador for “Smile Train” as well as for the “United Nations”.

Since the inception of Ace Designs & More, Orga Nice, and Agilis Business Solutions in 2008, these companies have forged an extraordinary partnership, conjuring a blend of creativity, innovation, and excellence in the realm of event production. Over the course of the past 15 years, this dynamic trio has orchestrated an array of events that span the spectrum from prestigious corporate & private events, to captivating trade shows, theater performances and their very own inspiring productions.
But the story takes an even more captivating turn in 2019 when they welcomed Venus Creative into their circle. Together with Venus, these companies united to form the all women “Jörgen Raymann Production Team” in Suriname, guided by the visionary leadership of the incomparable Jörgen Raymann, whose presence added an extra layer of charm and charisma to their collaboration.
In the past 5 years, this alliance has produced a myriad of shows and corporate events. They brought to life “Schudden aan die boom,” a theater masterpiece by Jörgen Raymann, which not only opened the doors to the Assuria High Rise Theater in 2019 but also left audiences spellbound. Other productions during this period include the “People Prepare the Future HR Event”, the Staats Olie Family Days, the transformative PHD trainings by Jörgen Raymann (later tailored for Staatsolie and Assuria), the Teleperformance customer week, the DSB Krisniti Fatu, the heartwarming “Friends & Family Christmas” show (a compassionate performance for the less fortunate in Suriname), “The Story of Kenny B”, workshops with Kenny B & Team in collaboration with the Dutch
Embassy, the unforgettable “Owru Jari Fest 2022 at IMS” with Kenny B, and a spectacular “Christmas Concert”, a collaborative event with BCM Entertainment.
