As a facilitator, discussion leader or MC of an event, Ferranto draws from a rich background of training in leadership, education in management, marketing and business, and he has years of media experience with live broadcasts for radio and TV.

He has traveled widely, participated in international meetings at a young age, and moved in circles of the United Nations, UNICEF, the Pan-American Health Organization (PAHO), the Inter-American Development Bank, and the Caribbean Common Market, Caricom.
