Work Experience in Suriname
Organizations all over the world, including those in Suriname are in constant development and in search of sustainable employee performance and higher organizational output. This study explored the interaction between the job demands and resources and how they impact job performance, while also examining what role personal resources such as psychological capital and job crafting had in this interaction.
The results of this study point to significant opportunities for Surinamese organizations to invest in improving their employees' PsyCap and job resources, which could lead to higher performance and greater organizational output.
