Ray's childhood's dream is driven by the philosophical quest: fair share for earth care and people care, which is his purpose in life. For more than 30 years he has been an active scholar of translating this purpose into concrete actions.

2. Team: Within each organization: How to create zero-waste value chains between responsible High Performing Teams
3. Individual: How to serve best the internal growth and development of engaged people within these teams according to the living values and perma-culture principles
